1.Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any service provided at zx77.club (the "Platform"), you ("the User", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and zx77 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our").

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account if one has been created. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms must be read in conjunction with the zx77 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

2.Eligibility & Age Restriction

Use of the Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. zx77 strictly prohibits access and use of any real-money gambling service by persons under the age of 18. Age verification may be required at any point during the registration or withdrawal process.
• Jurisdiction: You are solely responsible for ensuring that accessing and using online gambling services is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing the Platform. zx77 makes no representation that the services are available or legal in all locations.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your location.
• Single Account: You may hold only one registered account at zx77. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended and balances forfeited.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, either from zx77 or from any responsible gambling authority, at the time of accessing the Platform.

zx77 reserves the right to request identity documentation at any time to verify eligibility. Failure to provide requested documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension.

3.Account Registration

To access real-money gaming services on the Platform, you must create a registered zx77 account. By registering, you represent and warrant that:

• All information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date.
• You will promptly update your account details in the event of any change to the information provided.
• You will maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account.
• You will notify zx77 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account.

zx77 reserves the right to refuse account registration or close an existing account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraudulent activity, misrepresentation, or a breach of these Terms. Account credentials must not be shared with, sold to, or transferred to any third party.

Know Your Customer (KYC): zx77 may require users to complete identity verification (KYC) procedures as a condition of account activation, deposit processing, or withdrawal of funds. Required documentation may include a copy of a valid government-issued CNIC, passport, or other identification document. Withdrawal requests may be held pending KYC completion.

4.Deposits & Withdrawals

zx77 supports PKR (Pakistani Rupee) deposits and withdrawals via approved local payment methods including JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on the Platform:

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is as displayed on the cashier page at the time of transaction. This amount may be updated from time to time without prior notice.
• Deposit Source: All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawals are processed during PKT (Pakistan Standard Time, UTC+5) business hours. Processing times vary by payment method. zx77 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC verification or fraud review.
• Withdrawal Destination: Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the originating deposit, except where that method does not support withdrawals, in which case an alternative approved method may be used.
• Currency: All balances, transactions, bets, and winnings on the Platform are denominated in PKR. No currency conversion fees are applied by zx77 for PKR transactions.
• Transaction Limits: zx77 may impose minimum and maximum transaction limits at its discretion. Applicable limits are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction.

Deposits made for the sole purpose of claiming a bonus without genuine play intent may be considered bonus abuse and may result in forfeiture of the deposit and associated winnings.

5.Bonuses & Promotions

zx77 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, or other promotional incentives ("Bonuses") to registered users. The following general conditions apply to all Bonuses unless specific promotional terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be met before any bonus-derived winnings are eligible for withdrawal.
• Wagering requirements and other conditions applicable to a specific Bonus are published at the time the Bonus is offered.
• zx77 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or discontinue any Bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash unless the applicable wagering requirements have been fully met.
• Players found to be abusing Bonus systems, including through the use of multiple accounts, automated play, or any other method designed to extract value without genuine play intent, will have Bonuses forfeited and may have their accounts suspended.
• zx77 reserves the right to reclaim any Bonus or associated winnings at any time if it reasonably determines that a Bonus was obtained in breach of these Terms.

6.Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and gaming activity on the Platform are subject to the following general rules:

• Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it cannot be altered, cancelled, or reversed except where the Platform rules for the specific game or market explicitly permit it.
• zx77 reserves the right to void any bet or game result where there is evidence of technical malfunction, data feed error, or any other system error that materially affected the outcome.
• In the event of a manifest error (including but not limited to erroneous odds, incorrect game outcomes, or software malfunction), zx77 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the players' accounts.
• Game outcomes for RNG-based products (slots, table games) are determined by certified random number generation software. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical action observable on camera.
• zx77 reserves the right to limit the stake amounts or maximum winnings applicable to any player, game, or market at its sole discretion.
• Collusion, match-fixing, or any form of cheating is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

7.Prohibited Conduct

Users of the Platform must not engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in breach of any applicable law or regulation.
• Registering more than one account on the Platform.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any other time.
• Attempting to access another user's account without authorisation.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated tool designed to give an unfair advantage or to extract value from the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraudulent activity, or use of illegally obtained funds.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or systems.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users or zx77 staff members.

zx77 reserves the right to investigate any suspected breach of this section and to take any action it deems appropriate, including account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

8.Responsible Gaming

zx77 is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all its users. We encourage players to treat gambling strictly as a form of entertainment and to gamble only with funds they can afford to lose.

The following tools are available to all registered zx77 account holders via the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on deposits to your zx77 account.
• Session Timers & Reality Checks: Configure alerts that notify you of the duration of your active gaming session.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily restrict access to your zx77 account for a defined period.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the Platform. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed for the minimum exclusion period.

9.Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, user interfaces, audio, and video, is the exclusive property of zx77 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, copy, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of zx77.

10.Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, zx77, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of gambling funds due to technical errors, system outages, or interruptions to service.
• Loss of data or account information.
• Any unauthorised access to or use of your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any actions taken by third-party payment processors in relation to deposits or withdrawals.

zx77 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may periodically result in temporary unavailability of some or all Platform services. zx77 will endeavour to communicate scheduled downtime in advance where practicable.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11.Privacy & Data

zx77 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering and using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

zx77 may share personal data with third-party payment processors, KYC verification service providers, and regulatory or law enforcement authorities where required by applicable law. zx77 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

12.Amendments

zx77 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered users via email or a prominent notice on the Platform no fewer than 7 days prior to the changes taking effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or to protect the integrity of the Platform.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.

13.Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which zx77 is licensed and incorporated. Nothing in this clause limits any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws applicable in your country of residence.

You acknowledge and agree that it is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing the Platform and participating in real-money gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction. zx77 accepts no liability for any breach of local law by users accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is restricted or prohibited.
